    Step 1 - Preliminary Information

    We need proof of Income within five (5) days which can be attached at the end of this application or emailed (rentals@etkinandco.com). Application will NOT be processed until we receive proof of Income.
    By submitting this application you understand that a credit report will be obtained and you hereby authorize a routine inquiry to be made to verify information given in this application.
    You will need to provide the $125 fee and fill out the post-application selection document within a week from approval. You will need to choose your new home and provide us with some additional information.

    *If Resident desires to keep a pet, and Resident is renting within a pet building, only TWO (2) animals are permitted. Animals must be no more than 50 pounds and no taller than 24" inches at full growth, and all cats must be declawed and neutered or spayed. (Two animals maximum)
    Resident will pay an additional $20.00 per month per pet for the privilege of keeping the pet who must be licensed and will pay an increased security deposit.
    A copy of the license must be given to the Landlord, prior to or upon move in. The undersigned has read and agreed with the above.

    It is agreed and understood:
    No lease, writen or verbal, has been given or granted to applicant covering the above premises, and no agreement contrary to these terms hereof or in any way relating to any tenancy alledged to have been made between Landlord and applicant at any time subsequent to this dated, shall be binding upon either, unless in writing, signed by both.
    Upon acceptance of this application by the Landlord, a lease will be immediately executed by Landlord and applicant, as Tenant. This application shall become a part of said Lease. Failure of applicant to execute a lease within five (5) days shall result in the automatic cancellation of this application by the applicant.
    By signing below you signify that you have read and understood this application and its terms and statements and certify that all information furnished is true and correct.
    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
    Please release banking information regarding my account to agents of (property that you are applying to), as needed to prepare a credit report for rental application.
    We need proof of Income within five (5) days either by email (rentals@etkinandco.com) or uploaded on the next page of this application. Application will NOT be processed until we receive proof of income.
